Please I am on my knees !! Can you tell us more about papa Leech 👀 you got curious on him 👀
We actually don't know much about Papa Leech, so my interpretation of him is heavily based on headcanons and the little we do know.
Here is stuff we know for sure about him:
He owns an "independent business."
He gave Floyd the advice "People with no eye for detail don't deserve respect. When you're on land, pay special attention to your feet. Spare no expense."
He calls the Tweels on their birthday, and puts a lot of effort into their celebrations.
During the Tweel's birthday, Papa Leech's work associates would be invited and gift the two very expensive presents. As a result, him and his wife would make them sigh an agreement that they expected nothing in return.
Both him and his wife taught the tweels self defense.
Other than that, we don't really know much about him, so here are my personal headcanons about the man. I'm going to be really upset if he ever gets revealed and everything I say is wrong, so I pray it never happens.
I imagine he's similar to Floyd, with very intense mood swings and a general dislike for anything he deems and "boring." When he was younger, he was a trouble maker, and it wasn't until he met Georgina that he really found himself maturing. He liked the fact that Georgina wasn't a doormat, and often called him out of his stupidity and childlike behavior. As such, he's managed to tone down his mood swings now that he's an adult, to the point where many don't actually know what emotion he's feeling until it's two late.
Despite what others (his work colleagues) think about him, Papa Leech is pretty devoted to his family. I've mentioned this before, but I imagine that him and Georgina were meant to have many more kids, but for some reason, Floyd and Jade were the only ones to survive to birth, making both of them pretty protective. Some might think that, since the tweels don't talk about him as much they have a more negative opinion on them, but I honestly just think they're a lot more independent and know that it's better not to let everyone know about their family business.
Papa Leech never imagined himself having a family, in fact I imagine he honestly thought it was too much responsibility, but is a very good husband and father. He's described as being protective, which tracks due to the dangerousness of the Coral Sea. He both priorities his families safety while also never hiding stuff from than, which is why his sons are also involved in his "business." In his mind, they wouldn't desire to know more about his life if they weren't old enough to participate.
It's established that in Twisted Wonderland, transformation potions are heavily regulated and outlawed in most cases. According to the Wiki, there are some organizations in the Sunshine Land that offer potions to Merfolk who wish to work on land, however it can be assumed it's not that common. I imagine that him and Georgina are a special case, since Georgina seems pretty comfortable in a human form. I imagine it's not uncommon for either of them to take human form, since they seem well known on land, which makes me think that some of his "business" extend to hand.
Speaking of his business, I imagine that he works in information brokering, obtaining information for and using information against others. The Coral Sea is already a pretty dangerous place, so when there's someone who know can use basically anything against you is pretty scary, which makes their business pretty lucrative. However, I imagine that this meant the Tweels struggled to make friends, which did weigh heavy on Papa Leech. He isn't ashamed of the work he does, but he never really processed the impact of his work before his sons were born.
Papa Leech is pretty loving in my eyes, he spoils his wife and kids and does basically everything for them, which is why I don't imagine either Jade or Floyd is scared of him. They grew up with a man who was always doing everything for them, and it wasn't until they really got into the family business that they realized how different he is at work. This goes back to his mood swings, which now really present themselves as being a softy at home and scary at work. Again, similar to Floyd, it's a little difficult to know what he's really thinking, especially if you're not close to him.
