Hello! I'm a huge fan of your work! I was wondering if you had any advice for creating character poses. All of yours are so dynamic and unique 😊 Thank you for your time and sharing your work!

Thank you so much! :) It’s hard for me to explain really, but I just observe how people move and how their emotion influences the pose. I draw a lot of inspiration from fashion magazines so I’ll pull poses from those and do studies of them. After a while you’ll get the hang of starting the pose. You just need to know what you want the character to be doing / what emotion or feeling you want the character to evoke. I still find it hard to start a pose! But it’s a process, eventually we’ll get the hang of it :) Hope this helps!

Thank you so much! I’m currently working for a small company atm doing comics for them, but I haven’t done comics for myself yet :( I definitely want to sometime in the future when my schedule permits!
