If someone tells you to watch the show without your buddie goggles on please don't, that's like the worst advice any 911 fan can ever give and I tried it the first time around and honestly, half of these scenes didn't even make sense, don't listen to the haters and put those damn goggles on.

prime example of capitalism is the dorms at my university

when I came here to study there were: dorms with exclusively triple rooms, which means it was 3 people per room; dorms with both triples and doubles; dorms with doubles and singles

which made the rent relatively cheap, we had a common kitchen with cookers and ovens and microwaves

now, almost four years later, we have only 1 exclusively triple room dorm left, dorms with exclusively doubles, dorms with doubles and singles and dorms with exclusively singles

the rent is more than 2 times higher than it had been. ovens and microwaves got thrown away

so basically, they reduced the total amount of students they can house and increased the rent prices so that the total of income would stay the same of maybe even higher

which is fucking unfair since the uni is famous for international programs and has A TON of students from Europe, Asia and Africa and has English-speaking majors

my God I have read the I'll Feel You Forget Me Like I Used to Feel You Breathe by turningthepages and it's the type of fic I couldn't put down once I started reading

one fucking hundred and twenty thousand words, eleven hours of reading and I still finished it in one day omg

it's heartbreaking but it's such good writing and so in character. it has a lot of kudos but I still feel like it's not enough. the best part is how canonically buddie this feels despite them being literally married which is not canon (yet)

amnesia is one of my favorite tropes and I loved every second of this fic
