Correspondence - Vandrysse Dyce

A letter arrives at Twelve Gates with the first post; despite the early hour, the penmanship is almost disgustingly tidy. Somebody could be accused of showing off.

Ms. Dyce:

I trust this letter finds you well. We have not been introduced, though I had the pleasure of meeting a Mr. Ebonrook last night, an associate of yours. Truth be told, I rather rudely injected myself into his conversation concerning the leypetal blossoms you and your society gathered on a recent trip to Azsuna.

While I am no alchemist myself (I told poor Mr. Ebonrook that my knowledge of alchemy could fill a thimble, which may have been a bit of an exaggeration), I have an interest in herb lore. I had heard of the leypetals growing in Suramar, but with the political unrest there, had not had the opportunity to study them.

I did not know they grew elsewhere.

Your associate was kind enough to explain the nature of your society (though he did questionably call it a cabal) and explained the nature of your visit to Azsuna. I myself have not been there, but have been assisting in Highmountain. I have made a tentative study into the flora there. While I would not venture to call myself an artist, I do make a habit of illustrating my notes.

I was wondering if you would be interested in meeting, perhaps over coffee? I would be more than happy to bring along a copy of my notes on the foxflower found in Highmountain, if I could have the opportunity to study samples you have brought back from Azsuna? You would, of course, be welcome to a copy of those notes as well.
