Papa ice story

Who is papa ice?

Born in Canberra 1971 the man who brought us many awards winning Thai restaurants. Ton Rookachat start zenyai in 1999 then many offspring in to original Thai herbs, new Thai cornar and papaya cafe.

We was an IT expert for InTact and APH for 20 years. With family help zenyai was established in 2000.

The name was fun when Chris his first son always screamed out Papa Papa. Then his first trip to snowy mountain came Papa Ice.

This used to be Papaya cafe due to chef went on maternity leave all Thai dishes are not available until Jan 2026. We currently doing ice desserts and boba teas.
