• 100% private. nobody, not even me, can see your data.

• create multiple boards for different topics

• keep notes organized by alter, project, or category

• export everything as a JSON file to move between browsers simply and easily

• many accessibility options, such as font, text size, dark/light mode, and terminology options

its free, and there is no account needed to use.

i built this website because i couldn’t find anywhere that would suit my personal note taking needs. maybe Paracosm is the right place for you.

july updates + paracosm plans

changed the discord icon for disability pride month :)

planning on adding a relationship or headspace tracker with a sort of “mind map” layout (or a different layout if anybody has an idea)

gonna add a setting for changing the default page that opens when you open the app (i got told that someone may prefer the alter page opening not the dashboard, easy fix)

still working on the general site layout change… prototyping and prototyping i might post some ideas on my patreon if i get stuff to a point where i like it

also 1.5.0-2 has been released i forgot to announce it… so please join the discord to send in your ideas! always looking for suggestions and support :3

Paracosm 1.5.0-1/2 updates

so i released only half of 1.5.0 at first since i had lost the code for the other half… but i found it! fixed up rendering bugs, and its ready to go now. 1.5.0-1 is officially released, and i will release 1.5.0-2 later today. here’s an overview of the changes ive done

i think this is the first time i dont actually have anything planned for the next updates… so send in some suggestions! i would love to add my users suggestions, especially now that i dont actually have ideas for anything to add lol

ive made a patreon! for right now theres just the one tier that gets you a special discord role and channel in the official Paracosm server, as well as financially supports me :) i am an unemployed teenager doing all of this work for free, so i would love some donations or memberships!

Paracosm v1.4.0 plans

i havent released 1.3.2 yet, ive just been working on so many things at once that ive decided to make this a full update and not a patch lol

• alter groups/tags

• automatically append pronouns to pluralkit display name

• viewable changelog

• search bar on front modal

• quick sync to pluralkit button

• alter card rework (banner is now visible, moved things around)

• can now nest more than one reply

• multiple bug fixes

i propose changes and ask dev questions in the discord, join to influence the way Paracosm is shaped! i love feedback, and i am always open to suggestions.

Hi! Maybe I'm dumb but where are we supposed to use the proxies function? 2 headmates have proxies but not even they know where they're usable ( ꒪⌓꒪)

hey :) not a dumb question at all. the proxies are for pluralkit usage, where if you have a proxy as, say, “em:”, and you type a message into discord (in a server with pluralkit, and after having pushed your alters to pluralkit), sending that message will “proxy”that message as the alter whos proxy is “em:”, basically changing the name of the user who sent it to the name of the alter who uses the proxy :) theyre only necessary to put if you use pluralkit on discord. if you dont, then dont worry about it ^^

Paracosm 1.3.2 plans

main update:

- push pronouns to pluralkit in display name (similar to how octocon worked, if you have an alter name set as “amelia” and the pronouns set as “she/her”, then paracosm will combine them into “amelia (she/her)” and push them to pluralkit)

minor changes:

- post searching which works like discord’s

- new accessibility setting (padding)

- fix reply bug where you can only nest one reply

will probably add more minor changes if they are requested :) but this is what i have planned for now
