Again, thank you!! I have a couple reference pictures for the kinda color scheme i'm gonna go for in her garment and helmet, i'm aiming towards something resembling a church's stained glass palette, though probably steering away from contrast between the primary colors as much as possible, at least in being right beside eachother haha. I feel like, knowing her personality from Jack's interlude, she'd make absolutely beautiful work of her costume when she had the time to prepare for, say, her first entrance into a new city, right before she 'sings'.

Oh gosh, this is incredible. I love all the little details you’ve added like the bugs crawling in and out of her armor. ALSO, the detail on the armor in insane! It’s so beautiful!

Aww thank you so much!! Honestly i had originally had like triple the bugs; way more in the air, on the ground, trailing thread, a few in her hair, ect...but i looked at it in the end and thought it kinda obscured too much of what i had intended as just a concept of her costume, so i went with the reduced amount for visibility's sake haha.

Not sure where this came from, and even with Sheperd in the front, that looks an awful lot like a broken-weaver/awakened-khepri in the back subjugating those around her.

That is a picture commissioned by someone on SpaceBattles, to commemorate each of the major fanfiction crazes that went through the site. 

That is Taylor in the back. This picture was intended to inspire a crossover fic, and it was specified that it was Taylor before her first night out, not Skitter, Weaver or Khepri. 

The portal in the back appears to be the work of Louise from Familiar of Zero. I think the other guy is from Fate/Stay Night

So I finally got my tablet. Thought I’d put up my first in process work on it :) I’ve taken liberties with warlord!Skitter, messing around with some possible armors. Her mantle probably isn’t gonna be included in this one.

*whistles* i love it, first time i’v ever seen someone include her skirt too.

My roommate actually pointed this out as well, i hadn’t even thought about it, but i definitly remember Breed’s creatures trying to get past the connection between her costume and mask and failing. Its gonna be updated to be accurate in the final version. But thank you so much! Now i just have to learn to color haha

well yeah there is a connection, but it’s more of an overlap than an empty space. i guess i should have just said that there’s no exposed skin (well, aside from the back of her head) 

but again, this is some awesome work, keep it up!

This is actually kinda how I want Heartbreaker to look, though maybe a little less manic. Its not at all how I pictured him while reading about him, but...i could entirely see someone like this as the leader of a virtual harem enslaved by his power, and the not-at-all fatherly father of the Heartbroken.
