I'm questioning polymindence and I was wondering if you could share some of your experience! /nf of course but I noticed you enjoy asks haha XD
As an alterhuman, I experience shifts regarding my different 'types. But how do you tell if something is a shift or a swap (I think thats what its called)? Is it anything defining for you?
Do you have internal conversations? Are they communicated through words or moreso 'feelings'?
If you use apps/sites to keep track of minds, do you have any suggestions? Preferrably ones that aren't made for plurals/systems but I'm open to check anything out!

1. I honestly struggle with that a lot, I don't really know the difference unless it comes often! I rarely get shifts even as an alterhuman, so if one thing comes back a lot then it's probably a swap (but this is just me, both polymindence and alterhumanity is different for everypony).
2. maybe? I think so at least! For me it's more like talking to myself. But I do sometimes "text" myself, I have my own private server on discord with only me and sometimes I just text (or, the different minds text there). But also feelings, like if one mind wants to eat chocolate while the other wants to eat spaghetti (as an example). There has been more then once where one mind wanted to stay in bed while the other wanted to get out of bed lmao
3. I used to use simply plural, but I don't anymore since its shutting down. I also use plural space I think its called? But since u didn't want any that's made for systems/plurals, I also use discord! Like I said, I have my own private server. On there, I write down information about each mind, my mindcount and just anything rly! I sometimes use the notes app too ^^
