Needing comfort doesn’t make you weak.

It doesn’t mean you’re dramatic, attention-seeking, or “too much.” It means you’re human.

All of us need reassurance, care, and safety. Especially when we’re hurting. Wanting to be held, understood, or soothed is a natural response to pain.

You don’t have to earn comfort. You don’t have to hide how badly you need it. Your needs are valid, and meeting them is part of healing.
