PLACES POKEMON WERE AQUIRED
◈ Umbreon - Originally Eevee and her starting Pokemon that was a gift from her mother on her 5th birthday, a week before she lost her parents. Evolved to Umbreon during a late-night shift of clean in the castle library with Eevee and talking to Prince Lear about their favorite forms of Eevee. Umbreon is her main Pokemon and treats him like a favorite child. She will always spoil him whenever she gets the chance.
◈Sandslash- During one of her Survey Missions with Prince Lear and Sawyer in Alola, there was a Sandslash that was caught in a claw trap. With the help of Umbreon, she was able to break him free. She wanted to let him go back into the wild, but he continued to follow her. She eventually caught him, and he didn't even struggle to get in the Pokeball. If she were to guess, he has a life debt he needs to repay, which is why he follows her.
◈Lapras - While in Alola, Rachel wanted to take advantage of the water and learn how to swim. She wasn't a great swimmer, but she was caught by a Lapras who took a liking to her. The Lapras was a little bit of a struggle to capture, as she needed to prove her worth. With the help of Umbreon and Sandslash, she was able to capture her no problem. Now she doesn't have to worry about drowning. So long as she has Lapras, she'll be safe.
◈Yveltal-During a late evening when she was reflecting on how downhill her life was going; as her young master was ignoring her confessions, she encountered the death bird along the shores of Pasio. Unaware how easy it was to telepathically speak with him, she offered to him the mountain range behind Prince Lear's mansion. He seemed to enjoy the peace and quiet there. She spent many long nights talking to the Legendary Pokemon, he offered his services, should she need him. She doesn't have a traditional Pokeball for him. Instead, she was gifted a Death Wing charm that allows her to call upon him once a day. She keeps the charm safely in her back pocket at all times, just in case.

Thankfully, there was a set of chairs and a table nearby for her to rest, so she didn't have to remain on the floor for long. As she tried to regain her mental footing, she carefully listened to Will as he passed his judgment over what she went through in her memories.
Her heart sank, followed by a rather guilty look on her face, turning away from him.
" O h . . ."
She was still in denial, but it at least made her think over what he said, "So that's not normal. . .weird. I always thought it was."
"...it is easy to think so, especially when it was all you had ever known. Oftentimes it takes a while before one realizes that what they went through wasn't normal," he said, his tone kind and gentle. "There is no need to feel guilt and shame, for you are not the one at fault."
Rachel was silent for a few minutes, taking the time to really let the gravity of what he said sink in. She went through so many negative things growing up and serving Prince Lear that she was having a difficult time separating herself from what was acceptable behavior and what wasn't.
"Okay okay okay -- soooo, like, if I'm not the one at fault, then who is?"
“Uggghh…”
Rachel groaned as she made an attempt to regain her composure. She knew what she was getting herself into but it didn’t make her feel any better.
“Maaan..that was like, such a jarring rush. My head hurts a little but I’ll be okay,” she uttered, rubbing the side of her head.
“So…was it as bad as people make it out to be? I didn’t think it was that bad..”
Of course, she didn’t She was conditioned to think the way she was treated was perfectly acceptable.
"You should sit down, and take some pain medication," he said, his tone one of concern as he hovered close. He knew that his powers affected everyone differently, and in some cases it could be severe. That is why it was important to him that she properly rest and take it easy.
"...It was," he said quietly. "No one should have had to endure what you went through."

Since it’s still a problem in a lot of RPCs, please remember to respect female muses!
don’t put them down just because of their or your ships; don’t expect them to be nothing but an accessory for your muse; don’t expect them to be immediately sexual or absolutely pure.
they’re characters like any other.
it’s 2023. time to step up your game and treat them like you’d treat any other character.
{So, along with my Shauntal muse, I've also been experimenting with RPing as Karen on twitter. I am tempted to make her on here but considering on how hard it is to get threads going on my multi pokemon account, I will probably just keep her on twitter.

Send ◓ for information about my muse’s pokemon team.
If your muse doesn’t have one, instead talk about what their team would be.
Both her Sandshrew and Lapras are from Alola! She caught them both during a survey mission with Prince Lear and Sawyer while they were preparing to create Pasio.
As you can see, Rachel named her Umbreon Moonmoon. She named him when she was ten. Many people, including the maids she worked with in the castle, laughed at his name. So for the sake of not having either of them being teased, she only calls him Umbreon in public and uses his real name in private.
Send me a “💭“ and your Muse will experience one of my Muse’s Memories

Memory - Funeral of the Queen, Prince Lear's Send off
Donned in a black dress with her usual twin ponytails up in a neat bun, Rachel kept her head down as she stood in silence beside over two dozen other castle servants.
Today was the day that they the beloved Queen was going to be buried in the royal tombs. Not even the weather seemed favorable to the event, as harsh winds whipped around them with freshly fallen snowflakes falling. Just ahead of her, Prince Lear and his father pushed an iron slab over her tomb. Two of the older servants waited until they stepped back to place roses down over her tomb.
Rachel knew the Queen wasn't feeling well for months, but she didn't dare say a word -- as she knew it wasn't her place to do so. It wasn't even a day after Prince Lear finished his schooling that she passed. She firmly believed that the Queen was fighting to hang on until her son came home. Seeing a loved one before passing on seemed so important to the woman. The Queen held so much faith on Lear's shoulders, to make the Pokemon world a better place.
Rachel would recall the hopes and dreams she had for the future, knowing full well that her son was smart enough to make it all happen.
Pulling herself back into the present, she bowed low when she heard footsteps of the King and Lear walk past them as they exited the royal tomb. Once they were out, she waited a moment before following behind the other servants.
As they got inside, many of the servants went back to their duties. Rachel, however, lingered near a corridor by the Study, where Sawyer stood at attention for any command delivered by the King.
"Now that you are well beyond of age," the King started, "..you should make something of yourself. You mother had the ridiculous notion that you had the capability to change the world. I have my doubts..but if you are willing to prove me wrong, you know where the door is."
Lear stood there, eyes averted, hands coiled. Rachel's heart went out to her young Master. He just buried his mother and he was already being berated for not having an active career. The King was truly one with an icy heart.
Though that was nothing new to Rachel. He was cold to everyone except his Queen, who was now no longer with them.
Rachel could tell that Lear wanted to say something. His teeth were clenched as he held back the urge to lash out. Instead, he took a deep breath.
"What are your terms?" he inquired under a muttered breath.
"Hm.." The King poured himself a shot of brandy as he glanced towards herself and Sawyer, "Take those two with you. God knows you can't do anything on your own and you'll need all the help you can get. If you manage to Champion over this goal, I'll grant you the honor of being crowned King."
"Fine.." With that, Lear stormed out of the Study and Rachel followed Sawyer's lead by going after the Prince.
They prepared to leave and within an hour they were traveling out of the kingdom until they reached a dead end. Prince Lear stepped out of the car, walking towards the icy edge with a longing glance.
"M-Master Lear...?"
Rachel slowly approached him, unsure if it was safe to say anything. He hadn't said a word since he spoke with his father and she was starting to worry.
"What is it Rachel?" his tone soft.
"Ya' gonna be okay? Ya' know Sawyer an' I are like, totes here for ya'."
He waves a dismissive grey gloved hand at her, shaking his head at her.
"I'll be fine. So long as I stay on track with my goal, I'll be fine." He reaches into his coat and slips on his crimson shades, hiding his glossed lavender eyes.
He smirked, raising a hand to the icy sea ahead of them, "I'll show him, I'll show everyone! I'll be the most powerful Champion of them all! Greater than all of the Elites this world has ever seen! Haha!"
Rachel smiled a little as both her and Sawyer stood at either side of their Prince.
"Ya! We're totes gonna make sure ya' win, Master Lear! We'll crush 'em all!~"
"Right! We are behind you all the way, young Master!"
Prince Lear went into a hysterical laugh, "With the two of you at my side, nothing will get in my way! Now..let's get to work. Mother always thought of a place where Pokemon and people lived in harmony, so I think I will name it in memory of her. Hm..I think the name Pasio will suffice for now. . ."
"Happy New Years, everyone! I hope ya's all had a happy holiday here at Pasio -- or like, where ever ya celebrated. If anyone has a hang over, I totes made some coffee to help."
