Working on my cubes. #MyCubes Gotta figure out a roof for this giant mansion. My least favorite part of a build, the top. Love the bizarre architecture driven by game needs (e.g. where to put the enchanting table), but ten thousand stairs? There must be some way to make it interesting...

I have attempted to placate this spirit with fusion dance (bluesy, improvy) and unsurprisingly, this did not work. however, I am assembling a list of random favorite exercises people use to teach dance movement, and I look forward to expanding it.

Embroidery on the Subway:

- small child asking me questions; entire subway car clearly looking on in approval as I try to give an age appropriate mini-lecture on medieval embroidery and also let them pet the silks

- person comments on embroidery. person is reading A Feast for Crows. Ask if they think Sansa Stark would approve. "Of course she would!"

- Person who speaks no english pulls out a translation app to ask me why my threads are so thin. I explain it was a luxury thing to use lots of tiny stitches. Very clear understanding. Rich people!

also, if the hours were posters, the lionsmith would think he was winning the flame war because everyone was replying to him (and thus he is in control), the colonel would think he was winning the flame war because his arguments were the most skillful (and thus he is in control), and the wolf divided would not care if he was winning or not.
