When It comes to energetic hygiene:Â theres a few things to keep in mind
If I notice something funky going on these are the areas I’m immediately starting to check in with, >>> Physical Movement - Am I getting enough movement in my day to day? Do I need some light yoga, exercises, walks, more grounding activities, what snaps me back in my body? >>> Mindset & Belief work - Is there some negative self-talk or doubt hanging out?
Clearing & Releasing - What are things I need to personally release, clear up, remove, let go, forgive, >>> Embodiment
- Am I tuning back into my body & the chakras, asking it what it needs, Being in the embodiment of what I desire. >>> Daily Alignment & Spiritual practice. - Did I make time for me today & listening to soul? Did I settle into an alignment/spiritual practice for more mindfulness, present awareness, clarity, etc. >>> Your Physical Environments
- Are there people draining me, I need to create boundaries with? - Is my environment super cluttered? - Does my environment light me up or make me frustrated?
Of course other things can include nourishing foods, self-care, rest, breaks,etc. all things that help us avoid burnout town.
etc. etc.
Sometimes we don’t always realize this but our Energetic hygiene is interconnected between everything in our lives.
So when something funky starts to come up, its all about honoring and bringing awareness to the mind body connection 🙏
