COCONUT CHOC CHIA PUDDING 🥥 . This pudding is full of delicious chocolate, caramel and coconut flavours. It's Refined sugar free, dairy free and gluten free! How yum is that!? 😋 . Want the recipe?? Here it is 😉 . [Choc layer] 1/4 cup chia seeds 3 tsp vegan hot chocolate @naturalhealthwarehouse 1 1/2 cup water/almond milk . [Coconut layer] 1/4 cup chia seeds 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1 1/4 cup coconut milk . [Caramel layer] 13 mejool dates 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tbsp coconut oil 30ml + 3 tbsp almond milk 1/2 tsp vegan hot chocolate Mix the ingredients for the coconut layer in a bowl, refrigerate for 3 hours/overnight. Repeat for the choc layer. To make the caramel. Blend all the ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth and creamy. A few spoonfuls at a time, push the mixture through a fine sieve to remove the skins from the mejool dates. The end result should be a thick and creamy caramel sauce. Layer the 2 chia mixtures, add half a chopped @nanukichocolate bar, spread on the caramel layer and top with the remaining @nanukichocolate bar and some coconut shavings @naturalhealthwarehouse .
