i hate having to explain to people that the only form of exercise i do nowadays is walking. i dont run or even jog i just walk... sometimes i walk abit fast so its like a briskwalk. but if i feel so heavy i just walk at a normal pace. maybe a little yoga sometimes. but other than that i just walk #zen
