Unpopular (?) opinion on genders and sexualities.
Now, as much as the title seems to make this out. This isn’t exactly a transphobic or homophobic post. I just have somethings I want to get across.
1. The only genders I accept are those that sit on the spectrum between male and female. So that includes:
Agender
Demi boy/girl
Bigender
Intersex
Genderfluid (in spectrum)
Genderflux (in spectrum)
Transgender
Any other genders are literally not needed. You can’t be lightgender or cutegender, like what the fuck?
2. The only pronouns I will EVER use are:
She/her
He/him
They/them/their
No others. Those are literally the only ones needed. Do not even think for one second I’ll use fluff/fluffer/fluffest. Just no. Don’t go there.
3. Sometimes I get people’s pronouns mixed up if they go by they but look too much like a binary gender person. Say I know a feminine looking person who was non binary? I may slip up and call them she as my brain tells me she. I will correct myself and apologise. But do not get mad if I slip up again, even if it’s straight after.
4. There is a study that some transgender people have a built brain of the gender they are and not the gender they had assigned at birth. I apologise if this sounds invalidating, but if this happens. The trans person is actually born an intersex person but the doctors can’t tell.
How?
Well. The trans person obviously naturally has the reproductive organs of their birth gender, but if the brain is representing the gender they are, they naturally possess the qualities of both sexes without personal modification.
1. The only sexualities I will accept are:
Heterosexual (straight)
Homosexual (gay/lesbian)
Bisexual
Asexual
Pansexual
Polysexual
2. I do not believe in demisexuality because even if it takes a while and a lot of connection to like people. It doesn’t have anything to do with what genders you like. You just take a while longer to trust someone in that way than most. It’s psychological.
3. You can technically have two sexualities at once. But one being romantic attraction and one being sexual attraction.
While these are usually the same. You get a lot of people who are panromantic but asexual.
Personally, I’m polyromantic homosexual (female). I get attracted to most people but I only have interest in sexual intercause with female reproductive organs.
To conclude. I am unsure whether this will ‘trigger’ someone but feel free to message me or whatever about it. However do NOT expect me to change my opinion just because I offended you. It is my opinion and I am welcome to it. Though I’m kinda putting myself into the firing line for saying this on this particular site.
