In recent months, I’ve become painfully aware of the extent to which I have been ignorant of applied computer sciences and related technologies. This year, I’ve decided to do something about it.
A Year in Code is a 365 day yearlong informal research project manifesting as a public journal documenting my exploration of code, code culture, and code oriented practices.

Future Self (2012) is a collaborative production between the Brits behind rAndom International, an inspiring interactive design company, and choreographer Wayne McGregor. The resulting work is a beautiful and melancholic rendering of self-discovery and a meditation on identity. The installation incorporates aluminium, custom electronic, Metrilus 3D cameras, LEDs, and brass rods - it is a responsive 'living' sculpture that reacts to the choreography of the two bodies that sculpt light with their gestures. Captivating and mesmerising, Future Self capture a glimmering illuminated presence. The work was staged at MADE in Berlin with support from Absolut Vodka, who continue to present incredible art projects as part of their branding initiative.

Maurizio Cattelan, the bad boy of the contemporary art world and founder of Toilet Paper magazine, has teamed up with photographer Pierpaolo Ferrari and Massimo Giorgetti, founder of MSGM label, to recreate some whimsical, Warhol-meets-Magritte funkin' sweatshirts.
