Process Update:

I'm working on a vampire chronicles mosaic!

( 70cm X 110cm ) (~ 2ft 3 X 3ft 7)

The central characters (of Pandora, Bianca, Marius, and Amadeo) are almost done. Made to have the feel of a renaissance fresco or 2D theatre scenery design, I really had to strip back and use blocks of colour. I still have all the background mosaic pieces to colour and Armand's globe (as well as some little details) but that's all so far!

(From the show, Armand is of course heavily influenced by Assad and I used Christopher's facial features and great height for Marius but I'm not ready to let go of his long hair just yet. As for Pandora and Bianca, I used all the collective series influences that stuck with me. Perhaps a few things that are appearing different to my visualization of these characters compared to the painting so far but this is an interpretation not my only/singular one)

Also I actually have no idea how to do measurements in inches we do not use them over here so that's a ruff conversion😂 The feet (which I know are 12 inches) are marked, but why is there 16 little lines on the tape measure between each inch. What's smaller than an inch and why is it such an annoying number like 16, help ??!

Ok guys I'm making an iwtv lamp and the shades almost finished if you wanted to take a look 👀 (let's ignore the state of the room I'm working 😂)

I still have alot of work to do, including the stalk but I'm really excited with how it's going. I chose a mix of show and book characteristics for our vampires :)

We have the twins, Pandora, Armand, Lestat, Marius, and Akasha (I'm planning on doing a small desk version with Louis, Claudia, Daniel, and Nikki after too)

Also if anyone wants a peek at the stalk design...
