"Seo-Yul ah, get up now, we have to get you to school." I tried my very hardest to get this boy out of his pajamas and into his school uniform but his body was limp and not showing any effort at all.

I ran into my room and straight to the closet, I threw on the first thing that gotten into my hands and got Seo-Yul by the hand to get out. I locked the door and threw Seo-Yul on my back to run to the school which was located about 10 minutes from here maybe 6 if I keep the same pace.
"Unnie, don't run so fast." Seo-Yul murmured on my shoulder. How the hell is this kid still half asleep?
I was keeping up the pace pretty well, I was kind of shocked when I hadn't gotten out of breath when we reached the school in time. I put my little brother down and put his uniform together to look a bit mote presentable. He shot me a big smile when I checked on his presence and gave me the rest of his sandwich.
"Yulli, have a good day and come home directly, do not talk to anyone." I gave him his lunch box and ruffled his hair. The school bell rang and he ran inside.
I looked at him getting to the door and then disappearing to his class room. When I noticed everyones attention on me. I looked down on myself and saw the old sweater with holes in them on me. Ugh, why out of all of clothes why did I have to wear this. I also noticed the glare of a girl who was standing about 6 meters away from me, her face was so prefect that I had to catch my breath for a second.
I shook my head, trying not to look like a total dumbass. I quickly walked into the direction of my apartment. But before I could walk off I heard someone shout "Hey! You!" and I quickly spun around to meet the face of the pretty girl.
"Are you Yullis sister?" She asked with a small smile on her face." I needed a second to catch my breath from that smile.
"Y-Yeah I'm his big sister." I smiled at her.
"I'm Cheol's sister. Kang Cheol."
"Oh really? I always see him at the playground and I play hide and seek with him and Yulli, He doesn't talk a lot though but Yulli likes him a lot." I chuckled at the memory of the small boy with the big eyes.
"Yeah he told me about it. That's really nice of you. He doesn't have a lot of friends." Her voice was very cold and melancholic, but still very comfortable to listen to.
"Would you like to get a coffee?" She asked with a straight face. I smiled automatically at her words and looked down to my feet when I remembered the fact that my hoodie has more holes than fabric.
"Yeah sure, but would you mind if I change my clothes, I was so in a hurry this morning." I laughed a bit and she still stared holes into my eyes. As if she were a reptile it was crazy how someone's eyes can affect me in a such a way. It was as looking at art.
"Do you live nearby?" She asked and started to walk in the same direction as I came from before.
"Yeah about 10 minutes from here. What's your name?" I asked trying to keep up her pace since she was about a good head taller than me. She looked at me and I could see an end from her mouth going upwards.
"Sae-Byeok, Kang Sae-byeok." She said still in her monotone voice. I formally bowed down and looked at her for a little more, looking at her features and unusual and unique face.
"I'm Y/N." I gave her a smile and continued to walk to my direction of my house. She instantly got to my left side to keep me on the safe side of the road.
We kept walking when we arrived to my house, it looked a little rough since my financial income has been basically nonexistent. Robberys and pickpocketing, frauds and stealing has been the only way to keep me and my little brother alive. Deep into my thoughts I automatically went inside.
I quickly grabbed my lucky shirt and placed it on the bed. When I noticed that Sae-Byeok wasn't anywhere, I looked around and saw her standing at the doorframe waiting for me patiently.
"Why won't you come inside?" I smiled at her and she gave me a quick nod before entering and quickly finding my messy room. Her eyes scanning the room and looking around, trying to find some sense in my mess.
I took off my hoodie and threw on my lucky shirt for a somehow more lucky day. My head racing again in my thoughts how to get to money soon. Pitying the people's pockets that I will steal. I hated taking money from innocent people but there was nothing else to do. No matter what job I have attended Dang-Su was always there and waiting for his money.
"Do you live alone with your brother?" Sae-Byeoks voice got me out of my thoughts.
"Our parents died during a robbery because of business regarding about money." I sighed.
"You're in dept?" She asked with her already big eyes growing a tiny bit bigger."Yes but I'll take care of it somehow." I said with a smile, but in reality I was scared to death. Dang-Sul was still after us and after so many years of fleeing I couldn't keep up with any of this. Taking care of my brother, somehow keeping the two of us alive and getting money. I shook my head trying to not let it get near me.
There was a silence in the room but after a while of trying to find my best shoes, she agreed to get some coffee with me and we headed out. Leaving this dump that I call home behind us.
We walked next to each other to the next Starbucks and got us a little treat. I was about to hand the cashier the money but Saebyeoks slim hands were faster and paid. The cashier giving her a warm smile.
"Hey, I can pay-" I intented to give her the money but she quickly closed her wallet and put it in her backpocket.
"I want to show you my gratitude for Cheol." She said flatly while searching for a good place to sit at.
My face went blank but I quickly got a smile out and bowed down to her. "No need to show me your gratitude, He's a good kid. A little shy but cute." I said remembering the boy with the big doe eyes.
Her expression not changing at all but her eyes showing a bit more warmth.
"Do you live guys live with your parents?" I asked her taking the first sip of my warm caramel macchiato.
Her eyes hardend once again and she took a small sip of her coffee.
"No, my mother is in the north and my father died trying to swim across the border." She said in a cold tone. I got goosebumps as I felt her pain.
"Oh, I-I'm sorry." I said in a low voice scanning her face for any sadness but it was as an ice sculpture, a facade that she hid behind. A facade that's what her coldness was.
"Me too." She said flatly.
"Excuse me, Ladies. Are you interessted in playing a game?" I heard a soothing male voice appear next to us. Standing in front of us a man in a suit with a grey briefcase.
"Piss off." Saebyeok said sharply.
"Trust me, we'll play a game of Ddakji and if you win i'll pay you." He opened the briefcase and revealed an insane amount of cash.
My mouth fell open and I looked at the money, Saebyeoks expression changed from uninterested to complete and utter disbelief.
The salesman just smirked and displayed two envelopes. One blue. One red.
"Are you both interessted?" He asked and gave us both a look of 'I know you both cannot say no to that".
"What if you win? What do you get out of that game?" Saebyeok asked still skeptical (as she should).
"You will simply pay me the exact amount of money back, or a simple slap." He said in a calm manner. His mischevious smile being a bit creepy
Saebyeok was about to chose the red envelope when I stopped her and chose the blue one, locking eyes with her.
"Trust me, I got this." I said confidently, knowing how to play this game perfectly.
The salesman looked at me and gestured with his hand to go first. "Ladies First." He purred.
He layed the red envelope on the floor and I threw the blue one instantly flipping the red one. He gave me big eyes and handed me the insane amount of cash.
"Well, in that case. You win. There are more games you could play, the both of you." He took out a business card with a square, a triangle and a circle on it. Behind it a number.
"I know you both have finacial problems. Kang Saebyeok, Y/N/L. Think about it, we don't have many places left." With that he went away, easily blending into the crowd.

"Jamie! Jamie~" I had to get the drooling toddler from getting out of the door that has been opened by my boss. I looked up at her and her face was towards the voice that was in the hallway.

I had to immediately laugh at the reaction I got from our little Jamie who was here at the daycare for the first time. I tickled the kid for a bit before noticing the runny nose of the little buddy. “So when does your shift end?” He asked as he was about to leave.

"Thanks." Y/N said as I held her the car door open. The smile she shot me made me gulp. I really missed her.
I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket and I answered immediately.
"Hyunjin? You have to come right now. Jeongin hurt his ankle and we need a backup." Chan said a little panicked.
"Oh what happened?" I asked worried our youngest member.

"Alright, I'll be there in 10'." I said and looked at Y/N, whose big eyes were starring at me.
