Achilles would be one of the young Jedi knights, knighted just because the clone wars broke out and they needed more knights.
Patroclus would be an older knight (maybe gotten rank of master?) that would realisitically be analogous to Obi Wan. Given that's a bit of a nasty romantic relationship, I'd say just worked with Achilles' master instead. Probably had a habit of collecting droids (as a link to his many dogs).
Achilles would be analogous to Anakin, being the "hero with no fear" he's seen as almost invulnerable. He has an illicit affair with a senator (Briseis? Deidamia? given the original contexts, it would be Deidamia. Briseis would be more analogous to being Achilles padawan (since she was under his order/control as a slave, but Jedi don't keep slaves), which is another uncomfortable relationship to make romantic/sexual).
When the senator gets captured by the separatists, he wants to go on the offensive. since the council refused his want, he goes "on strike." Patroclus takes on extra missions to account for this and dies. This triggers his fall to the dark side.
Hektor would be a separatist who just wants to end the war, and was part of the group that lead to Patroclus' death.
The Achaean kings would be the Jedi council, Agamemnon being analogous to Mace Windu (for his relationship to Anakin/Achilles). Odysseus would be analogous to Yoda, given his ability to play "old and crazy" so well (and the being wise thing ig).
