See, here he was like ‘Why not?’ Because earlier that’s what Thor wanted to do, that’s what Thor would have done. So he saw no problem with it. In this scene its the irony that its now Thor trying to talk Loki out of doing the exact thing he wanted to do earlier in the film.

Loki’s giving Thor a taste of his own medicine, having him be the voice of reason and Loki completely ignoring him and treating him like a fool. Just like Thor had done.

U can watch Star Wars so many times and it doesn’t prepare u for how dumb Star Wars is. For one thing I think we gloss over how kenobi (who has definitely been at the club. Loki’s eyes are green, no matter what shape he shifts into. He always thought it was cool how all his forms always had something of his original form when he shifts.

Only to find out that that’s not true, because his eyes are red.

When he shifts, his eyes are green because so is his magic, so is his very being.

Does anyone else feel lyk loki was kinda ooc in the series? Don't get me wrong, I love the series, but still. Especially in that scene where he gets drunk and loses the tempad...lyk srsly? After all his devious plans movie after movie it's impossible to imagine him being so careless

Yeah... I feel this. I still love the show. It's what first introduced me to Loki himself, after all. But I have a hard time looking past this.

This is just another reason as to why I hope that when "the sun shines on them again" (Thor and Loki), they bring back the old Loki somehow from a different timeline. If they try to "reunite" Thor and Loki from the series, it will just feel so wrong.
