People keep saying there’s a ceasefire but every single day we wake up to another explosion, another family destroyed, another name added to the list of martyrs. I’m writing this because the world thinks Gaza is “calm” now.

It’s not. The bombs didn’t stop. The drones didn’t stop. The funerals didn’t stop.

For the past two days, the storm has pushed families in Gaza into conditions that are impossible to imagine.

Our tents have flooded, our bedding is soaked, and the cold rain hasn’t stopped for a moment. Many families no longer have a place to stay… and mine is one of them.

I’m a child, and all I know right now is that we spend long hours under the rain, just trying to find a dry spot to rest. I see the exhaustion in my family’s eyes, and I feel helpless, because we have nothing to do but wait for the storm to end… or for someone to reach out and help us.

Sorry but I think it's more common for people who don't read dark content to attack others than for the opposite. Dark content writer here and I've never seen dark content being shoved someone's way. Guys, in addition to the harsh life left by the war, today the situation becomes even more severe due to heavy rains. Children are literally crying under the rain tonight in Gaza. Their tents have collapsed, their blankets are soaked, and they have nowhere to run as storms hit the camps.💔🌧️

Entire families woke up to find their tents flooded and their few belongings drenched in cold water. More than half a million displaced families are living like this, with no roof, no tools to repair torn tents, and nothing dry to sleep on.

My family is one of them.

We lost our home completely, and the rain tonight means cold, sickness, and fear. Giving up just the cost of a cup of tea once could help us get dry blankets, food, medicine, even clean water.
