That first clip? That voice you hear singing is Alicia Freaking Keys, a dear friend of his and someone he mentored, singing “Adore” at the BET Awards in 2010, where Prince was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award. She had just climbed up on top of her piano and was bringing the house DOWN! That wasn’t shade, that was Prince saying “DAMN!!” to Shelby J.  In fact, the very second after this little snippet, you can see Prince clapping and raising his hand in the air to her.

The rest? Classic Prince shade. But that moment? Classic Prince giving props to an artist he deeply loved and respected.
