Well in the past few month I have undergone a lot of break downs, left turns, right turns, and sometimes crashing in reverse. My long lasted career of making coffee has become less important and I have gained a path in the world of fitness. I decided to take a leap and enroll in a training to be able to teach Pound ( you'll have to look it up if you don’t know, maybe search pound fit) and enrolled in becoming a personal trainer. Now I have gained the confidence to get on stage and literally dance with sticks with everyones eyes on me. My shyness is still my biggest weakness, and I still am pretty irrational with the fears and anxieties that I have. But I am beginning to branch and finally find my voice outside of writing on who I want to be. What I want to be. 

It’s been quite the ride.

I am back on. This time its not just for a split second. I have a lot of good and a lot of new thoughts and feelings I would like to share. 

We will start with a glimpse it the fact that I have flipped my entire life upside down. I have taken a different path for my future.

I had surgery for the first time ever. Nothing huge, just a bunionectomy. The thing is i volunteered for this pain because I wanted to participate in a research study for a safer lower dose of medication post operation. Jokes on me, I got the placebo.
