Kansas state prison holds a mixture of men and women that all do time for a variety of different crimes. The cases range from petty thievery to murder. Its prisoners have gotten clever, finding ways to smuggle in wares from the outside world, while the guards are a corrupt bunch and few of them still abide by the rules.

This is not really a rule, more of a friendly suggestion. Make a thread with your character’s thread timeline and tag it ; ygt timeline so everyone can easily find it. A thread timeline is basically a chronological order of all the threads they are in with a description of the thread.

   Dean had multiple phones, some he never even used with voice mails that only led callers to yet another phone. It may have seemed pointless to anyone else, but this business was risky and anyone could get a hold of a number. Having several only created a system that made things easier on the hunter.

   Of the several, he had two main cell phones. There was one that only Sam and family friends knew the number of, and then there was the emergencies only number. It was hard to differentiate which got the most calls, giving him good reason to carry both at all times.

   When a call came in on the emergencies only phone, Dean knew this person had purposely sought out his number and was in need of the kind of assistance that only he and a few others could offer.

          “Sure is. Speaking?”

          "Name's Marie," she answers. "Someone gave me your number. They told me you deal with crazy. I've got enough of it to fill your agenda until next year. There are people after me, I would rather not explain this over the phone."

   Marie doesn't know if they, somehow, can track her through the phone network. She's using a fake name, one she has given herself, and it's a new phone. But she still wants to be careful.

   The man that gave the number told her they usually deal with the supernatural. She's not sure if she believes in that stuff, however, she does have strange mental abilities herself -- who knows what else is possible. Marie just hopes that's enough crazy to get help.

          If he would have turned to corner just moments before he had, he might’ve caught a glimpse of an unfamiliar brunette entering his room—— but he didn’t. Instead, he finds that the door has already been unlocked. There’s no signs of panic just yet, though; he’s quick to blame it on the eldest that resides in the motel room when they’re not working the case they’ve taken up.

        Although, when he enters, he finds it hadn’t been Dean. Brows wrinkle together, allowing himself further entrance into the room before stopping abruptly. ❝ Uh—— what’re you doing in my room? ❞ At first glance, she would seem to be a simple traveler who had accidentally gone to the wrong destination, but he knows better than to follow his first instinct. He sees she’s obviously tired, face etched with heavy concern, & maybe even  f e a r.

   Of course, luck just isn't on Marie's side. Why would it be, anyway? She holds up her hands, to show him she's not armed and has no intention of hurting him.

          "Sorry," she says. "It's kind of a long story. I can leave if you can give me a boost to the bathroom window."

   Marie might need to break her shoulders to get through a narrow bathroom window, but it's not like they won't heal the second her feet hit the floor. She absolutely refuses to use the front door, since they are here.

   She can hear their footsteps, and the crackling of their walkie talkies, but it wouldn't surprise her if the stranger can't. They're not exactly close to the door.
