You all do know that Indigenous people are….people…..right……
Like I’m speaking as a non-Native here but….You should be following Indigenous activists, and artists, and creatives, and comedians, etc etc etc. Not because that’s somehow activism on your part, or out of misplaced pity. You should do that because there are Indigenous people out there doing really cool shit and October 12th and Thanksgiving should NEVER be the only time out of the year that you’re interacting with content coming from Indigenous people. I think even just going out of your way to have some Indigenous perspectives/voices on your timeline will do more for you in the longrun than sharing a meme twice a year.
One of the biggest hurdles Indigenous activists have to continually deal with is getting people to realize that Native people are still around. So maybe make the process easier for them by trying to see past the Wednesday Addams meme for a minute and actually entertain the idea of Indigenous people being people and not just a concept.Â

I had a professor in college who used to start solving every problem with the same dialogue.
Proff: What’s the first step to solving any problem? Class: Don’t panic. Proff: And why is that? Class: Because we know more than we think we do.
I think about that a lot tbh. It didn’t occur to me until much later that he meant for us to apply that dialogue outside of the classroom to any problem. Because we always know more than we think we do. We are all an amalgam of random information that ends up being relevant with surprising frequency.
I love not knowing who 95% of celebrities are. every day someone new is trending and I go "I don't know who the FUCK this is" and move on. I love that
Were not doing the whole "dont wear black/brown/red/yellowface" talks this year people know why it's wrong let's just swing on them no discussion

i think brits have the wrong idea about people making fun of them for their food. everyone has weird and bad or just odd food. brits spent centuries claiming they had a moral superiority over every other culture and staked their colonial claim on half the world by taking their food and spices, and still ended up with the atrocious mess we see today. its different
Hi! I'd like to ask if you could make a headcanons for reactions of Endeavour (maybe I'm only person that likes him, but here I am), All Might and Aizawa when they partner calls them "daddy" (in a flirting way I mean)?
I hope these are good enough!
Endeavor/Enji Todoroki:
-He 100% likes it. Endeavor likes to feel in control and powerful. This makes his ego grow. He likes it when you give him this feeling of being superior.
-He’d smirk when he hears you say it. If its in private when you say it, he’ll get closer to you and say something like “Say that again, babygirl/babyboy,” and pull your body closer to him. If it’s in a more public setting, he wouldn’t like it. Endeavor wants to keep his image a little clean at least. But on the other hand, I can see him liking it even in public. It shows people around him that you are his. Nonetheless, once two are alone, he’d get his revenge for you saying that in public.
-You got yourself into this mess. He’d want you to call him that more often now.
All Might/Toshinori Yagi:
-Are you trying to make this poor man blush? Cause you succeeded at it. This poor man wouldn’t know how to react to it at first, but become putty. It only worsens if you ever call him that in public.
-He’s a soft man. He’d call you stuff like “dear, honey, love”, he for wouldn’t expect “daddy” in return.
-After getting over the initial shock, he’d lowkey like it. Being called “daddy” gives him this feeling that he is strong and able to protect you plus a small confidence boost. Also if you tell him this in his Buff Might form, he’d get that huge smirk and walk towards you while saying “What did you just say?” If you play your cards correctly, you can get whatever you want.
Shouta Aizawa/Eraserhead:
-“What?”
-You’d surprise Aizawa at first, but after that, he wouldn’t care. If you say it in public, he will actually die. Despite him sleeping in a sleeping bag at work while eating some fruit sauce, he doesn’t want his peers to hear that. He wants to keep things like that in private. And if Midnight or Present Mic even hear the tiniest bit of it, they’d never let him forget about it.
-But, if you’re feeling really confident about calling him “daddy” and he’s not that busy, you might get him in the mood. If you’re that lucky, he might even wrap you up in his scarf and you can decide where the rest leads off.
