I'm caught up with the recent chapters of the Wind Breaker manga. That motivated me to sketch Endo and Chika.
After drawing Rudo, I had the urge to draw Zanka too.
I've wanted to draw Rudo ever since I started watching Gachiakuta, and I finally did it. This was just going to be a regular portrait drawing, but Rudo eating chocolate was a last-minute addition.
In one of my classes, I had to create my own lesson plan. The art assignment I came up with is for my "class" to create their own Funko Pop self-portraits. I think I'll use this for a future art project.
Here are 4 prototypes I made for my lesson.
I made a quick sketch of Toji Fushiguro.
I haven't made as much art as I wanted since starting grad school. I'll try to make more since I finished my first year. I'll consider this a warm-up sketch.
My final figure drawing from my Teaching Assistant job this semester.
Another figure drawing I made at my teaching assistant job.
I made a sketch of two figures while working as a Teaching Assistant.
Two more figure study sketches I made this week.
I made two more figure sketches in my Teaching Assistant job this week. I just realized I keep drawing the heads too big for the body.
A portrait sketch and two full figure sketches from my Teaching Assistant job this week.
I made this painting for an exhibition at my school. The theme is Artist/Educator/Activist.
This is a mural painting of Black kids and teens who were killed by law enforcement. One goal I have is to raise awareness about their senseless deaths. They were robbed of their lives, their futures, and the goals they wanted to pursue. My other goal is to encourage students to make art addressing issues that matter to them.
