XLOV isn’t just a group ー they’re the most beautiful constellation you’ll ever see in your sky🌙💫🪐🛸

Here’s my take on Wumuti, Rui, Hyun & Haru — as seen through my own telescope🔭🌌

My first and 1&Only introduction of XLOV💻👽

XLOV is a cutting-edge K-pop group made up of four members from different nationalities and backgrounds, coming together to express “beauty” and “emotion” beyond all boundaries and conventional rules through music and performance. They are also a rare presence in the K-pop scene as the first group to embrace a genderless concept.

Although every member of XLOV possesses the kind of talent that allows them to shine as a lead on their own, it is when the four are together that each individual shines even more brightly.

XLOV is truly a miraculous group where that synergy happens

Wumuti 🐰

(Leader / Producer)

・Despite being the youngest with a significant age gap, Haru is incredibly observant and thoughful

・Laughs innocently like popping popcorn, creating a light, warm atmosphere

・Likely very intelligent, yet knows how to rely on and be pampered by the three older brothers

・Though wanting to be seen as cool, Haru understands his role and fully embraces being the “cutest” one

・The older members find healing and emotional comfort through Haru’s presence

・I’ve never seen a boy who suits loose socks this perfectly

Haru - a hybrid of Rui and Shotaro

I thought Ruruz was the best at the “That’s a No No” challenge, but Taro’s version was unbelievably impressive too.

When Haru was in high school, he danced to “Universe (Let’s Play Ball)” by NCT U and won a global K-pop cover dance competition. That song choice must have been influenced by the presence of Shotaro, the Japanese K-pop male idol known as a god of street dance.

That victory led Haru to appear on Boys Planet, where he met Wumuti and Rui. He was later scouted by Wumuti as a member of XLOV, and now he’s in the same group as Rui—another “god” from a completely different dance planet.

By the way, Shotaro and Rui are the same age and this coincidence makes it even more emotional. (It means that two dance “gods” were born, only one month difference.)

Because of that, Haru has grown into a dancer who can express both Shotaro-like groovy hip hop dance and Rui-like graceful, elegant dance in his own unique way.

Haru’s ability to absorb and evolve is incredible.

I’m sure I’m not the only one hoping that Haru and Shotaro will collab together someday as the best Japanese K-pop dancers in this era😌💛

Rui only ever uses the name “Rui” in introductions

Rui has an unbelievable range of talent. And yet, when it comes to introductions, Rui only ever says, “I’m Rui” or “My name is Rui”—nothing more, while the other members introduce themselves with their own catchphrases.

That’s because Rui refuses to be labeled.

Rui can become anything. There’s almost nothing Rui can’t do. So Rui doesn’t define her/himself—because Rui wants you to discover who Rui is through Rui's performance.

If your bias is Rui, you’ve probably felt this too. When trying to introduce Rui to someone who doesn’t know Rui, it’s almost impossible.

Dayoung has that same healthy, sun-kissed vibe and toned muscles as Hyun💙☀️

EVOLs were literally asking to see a short of Hyun dancing, and he actually slaaaayed!!

And this was after the Hong Kong concert, right? He filmed it in a hotel hallway and it looks insanely cool. I wonder if they reserved the whole floor… but if not, and he just secretly filmed it there while other guests were sleeping, that’s even cooler.

At this point, Haru is definitely going to drop a dance challenge in his Hong Kong concert outfit next. XLOV was probably filming shorts all night that day, so now it totally makes sense why Haru was caught yawning at the Hong Kong airport before his flight home🥱

The guy next to him is the famous HICO from the survival show PRODUCE 101 Japan (The first season), known as the first genderless contestant in the survival show’s history in Japan.

HARU and HICO were the best dancers in their respective survival shows, but somehow never debuted from their shows.

It seems like the two of them performed together at this event.

And the most surprising thing is that HICO was also born on July 7th—the same birthday as Wumuti🌌❤️

Haru seems to have a fateful connection with artists born on July 7th💫

It's so touching that Haru's high school is still proudly showing many of Haru's videos when he was in high school🏫
