Jason Blossom's Killer Theory ☟

to begin, this doesn't follow the usual, killer in pilot episode like a lot of tv shows do and to be frank, i do not think that is something riverdale will do. anyway! bear with me, because this might be a stretch and because the the recent episodes (eight & nine) i think this might be hard to prove.. i think that juggie's ol pops (FP) killed jason blossom. on accident. i am sure by now everyone is aware with the fact the show continuously makes comments how good ol' archie looks a lot like jason, so i believe that maybe jason wasn't targeted at all and merely was killed b/c somebody was after jason. and b/c they're both athletic ginger males, this could happen. ESPECIALLY if your a drunken gang member. i think in a drunken rage, FP shot jason thinking it was archie. surely, he hadn't meant to kill archie/jason, it was merely a spur of the moment action. but it could happen, fred had fired him and his wife & children left him, so he must've been furious his "best friend" would do him dirty. but fred did it for family, so what could he do to hurt fred? take away his son, afterall, his wife and him are seperated so archie is all he has. so he was drunk and wanted to find archie, the source of his problems, and teach him a lesson. but instead he found a boy on the run and just shot. it was a ginger after all. ... NOW this theory would work if the killer and person who tortured archie were different. since nobody is in a drunken rage for 7 damn days. anyways, hope you enjoyed that probably shitty theory 👌🏼
