And things seem to fall into place once again. Blog vom 6. April 2023 15.15 Uhr 

Ich sitze heute den zweiten Tag in meinem neuen Büro, dem neuen Wework Wallarkaden in Köln und arbeite an der Umsetzung meines Traums. Ein Traum, der mich schon viele Jahre begleitet. Ein Traum, der sich immer wieder in andere Worte und Begriffe kleidet und doch in der Essenz immer ein und derselbe Traum bleibt. Neben mir steht meine neue Postkarte. Auf meinem Laptop klebt der neue Aufkleber.

Erlebe Dich in Echtzeit 

Das ist mein Traum. So viele Jahre Suche. So viele Anläufe. So viele Ideen. So viele Experimente. 

Und am Ende ist da dieser einfache Satz mit 4 Worten: 

Erlebe Dich in Echtzeit 

Bei Wework sind es auch nur 4 Worte 

„Do what you love“

Ich halte es da eher mit Augustinus, der wohl sagte, bzw. schrieb:

Liebe und dann tue, was Du willst

Doch wie geht das mit der Liebe? 

Wieso gehört sie meiner Meinung nach an den Anfang und nicht ans Satzende? 

Und was hat Liebe mit Echtzeit zu tun? 

Auf meiner Suche, die nun schon 48 Jahre andauert, davon 12 Jahre (aufgrund meiner in 2011 begonnenen Meditationspraxis) mit einer besonderen Intensität und Ausrichtung auf die unsichtbare(n) bzw. nicht-materielle(n) Welt(en), bin ich immer wieder zu den gleichen Erkenntnissen gekommen. 

Mein Leben fühlt sich immer dann stimmig für mich an, wenn ich in wahrhaftigem Kontakt bin. Kontakt mit mir. Kontakt mit Anderen. Kontakt mit meinen Gefühlen, meinem Körper, meinen Ängsten, meinen Wünschen. Kontakt mit meinem Herzen, mit meiner Intuition. Kontakt mit der Natur. Kontakt mit Tieren. Kontakt mit dem vermeintlichen Nichts, der vermeintlichen Stille. Kontakt mit dem Kontakt. 

Stimmig bedeutet bei Leibe nicht, dass es sich immer gut und immer freudvoll anfühlt, was ich dann erlebe. Nein. Ganz gewiss nicht. Aber es fühlt sich echt an, wenn ich wirklich in Kontakt bin. 

Es fühlt sich echt an, wenn ich im Kreis sitze und mit den Anderen teile, was mich gerade berührt, was mich traurig macht, was mir Angst macht, wovon ich träume und worauf ich Stolz bin. 

Der Kontakt mit den Anderen, die von Ihnen für mich voll zur Verfügung gestellte Aufmerksamkeit, öffnet einen Raum für mich, der es mir ermöglicht, mich zu fühlen, mich zu erleben. Im Moment. In  Echtzeit zu fühlen, wer ich jetzt gerade bin. Wo es gerade feststeckt und wo es gerade ins Fließen kommen möchte. Ich komme in Fluß. Panta rhei. Alles fließt. 

Das zu erleben ist für mich die Antwort. Das zu erleben, immer wieder aufs Neue, dass ist für mich der Sinn. 

Erlebe Dich in Echtzeit 

Zeig Dich ganz. Und sei damit. Fühle es. Mute Dich damit zu. Und erfahre wie dadurch Kontakt und Intimität, ja Liebe entsteht. Meine Schlussfolgerung, die Quintessenz meiner Suche bis zum heutigen Tag ist 

Kontakt ist Liebe

Wirklicher Kontakt ist Liebe. Ich wiederhole es, weil es so bescheiden daherkommt und doch in der Essenz für mich der Schlüssel für ein Sinn-volles Leben ist.

Liebe ist Kontakt

Und überall dort wo es (noch) nicht zum Kontakt kommt, da wartet die Liebe. Geduldig. Denn letztendlich gibt es nur Kontakt. Gibt es nur Liebe. Alles ist miteinander verbunden. Alles ist eins. Wir sind so unterschiedlich, so einzigartig und doch sind wir alle eins. 

Mit diesem und so unendlich vielen weiteren Paradoxien zu leben und nicht daran zu verzweifeln, dass ist meiner Auffassung nach unsere Aufgabe, unsere Mission, in diesen besonderen Zeiten. 

Schliessen möchte ich meine heutigen Gedanken mit der Paradoxie, die sich aus der Gegenüberstellung von den beiden folgenden von mir geliebten Zitaten ergibt: 

„Vergesset nicht Freunde wir reisen gemeinsam.“

In february 2015 I travelled to peru to find answers to all the open questions that my life experiences threw at me, once I started to meditate in 2012. The one and only intention for this 2 month trip was to find a safe place where I could see and experience for myself what is really behind all of this that we call life. It did unfold in the most beautiful way. My path crossed with one of the wisest and most gentle souls that I have ever met in person. His presence and the way he lived with his family surrounded by nature in the sacred valley near pisac in peru ensured me that it would be safe for me to enter into the void guided by him and him chanting the sacred icaros. Today I discovered this beautiful video produced by Alonso which sums up what I could experience for myself being with him in ceremony. Watching it and listening to his words I was reminded once again that in this night in february 2015 I melted, reunited, touched something or someone that would never leave me again. Back then I knew that this experience is nothing to keep just for myself. That it was my duty in this lifetime to find a way to make this experience possible for all the souls that are called to reunite with the one. The one thing that we call because we lack a better word: god. I like to call it unity conciousness, because this is what I experienced myself. Although it only lasted for a couple of hours it changed my life forever. It gave me strength to keep looking, to keep searching for ways to enter into this state of being without plant medicines. And the quest continues. It will probably last forever. And I know that it is all about the way towards it and not about arriving. Grace has its own ways and timing. When the time is right, we will arrive. Together. But from now on I will start to open up my treasure box, I will start to share what and who I have found on my journey so far. Because I discovered that the treasure really lies in all the other pioneering souls that crossed and continue to cross my path and mirror back to me what I forgot to be true. The last couple of days have been an emotional rollercoasterride for me with only one direction: down. Today I felt a big release. Hope returned. When I looked at the ships passing by on the river rhine I was reminded of Roberto Assagiolis psycho-spiritual approach that is called psychosynthesis and works with 5 levels/phases in conscious personal development processes:

1. discover what is happening

2. understand why it is happening

3. accept that it is happening

4. integrate that what has been abandoned

5. a new synthesis is formed

So I take this as a sign that I am moving into phase 4 now.

Today I felt like getting the word out. I HEART MY DREAM - the first workout for heart inspired dreamers.

A new format is cooking inside of my chest. The question I asked myself in the last couple of days was how to bring the iheartmydream technology to the people who need it the most right now. In my opinion the people who need it the most are all those pupils and students who realize that their schools and universities are not preparing them at all for the world they will have to save when it’s their time to show up and put their heart work into making things right again. I hereby commit myself to put my heart work into bringing the social technology of the IHMD Circles where it’s needed the most right now. And I reach out to you my friends to support me in doing so in whatever ways you can imagine. If you are working with or in schools and universities let’s get together and talk about how we can make this happen. Now.
