i just don't see the point of using someone's perceived gender as an introduction (ex. "hi ladies" "hello sir") and i don't get why everyone still does it. yes this is selfish on my part because i would like to stop being misgendered in public and i am not going to correct people but also like. since i am nonbinary i don't fucking know you're talking to me when you say a gender that i'm not and now we both feel weird 😭
