{Source IG @petyahh] Been doing intermittent fasting for exactly 2 years now. Best decision I ever made and I’m never going back. I used to think if you weren’t eating 6x a day like any typical bodybuilder diet, you’d lose all your muscle. Truth is, eating so frequently was causing too much inflammation in my body because I wasn’t giving my body a break with constantly eating from the moment I woke up to a few mins before going to bed. I would eat extremely clean, yet had horrible skin problems. I was at the point of not being able to go to the grocery store bc I didn’t want the cashier to look at my face. I did soo much research, tried everything out there, but it wasn’t until I tried IF that my skin cleared up and managing my weight became so much easier. I work out only 4-5 days a week now (30-50 mins), compared to when I used to train every single day and some days twice a day. I learned that your digestive system takes up sooo much energy and giving it a break can result in amazing changes in your body and overall health. If you’ve never heard of or tried IF I strongly encourage you to do your own research and try it. The benefits are endless. Plus, it’s FREE! 🙌
