( Hello, everyone! For anyone wondering what's going on with this blog: I'm putting Fandaniel!Akira on hiatus. I don't want to change the URL, but I am treating this blog more as a hub blog for now.

All follows from this blog for the time being is for @fanfulmultiverse, my multifandom multimuse. That is where I'm actually more active.

You're still welcome to follow this blog if you'd like! Fandaniel!Akira might pop in every once in a while.

"That's not what I mean." Akira responds, pausing only a moment to parse who was speaking. "It's just that... It's all me, I know it's all me, but I feel like... there should be space, between the me that's Akira, and the me that's Azem. Treating it all as just one big life sounds... dangerous. I've seen Fandaniel, what became of one of his shards - being the same soul doesn't mean you're the same person."

He hummed quietly, seeming more absorbed in what he was doing. Then "I'm aware of Amon. To my understanding, he also saw himself as separate." Whether he himself did or not wasn't much of a question he asked anymore. He used Akira and Fandaniel and Hermes equally, and found he didn't care about the line or not.

With that said, he started to work on a fresh brew of coffee and continued. "Not every Ascian identifies with who they were. Just as not all of them keep to their pre-awoken memories. You are right: the same soul doesn't mean the same person. I don't care much for a divide, personally."

He looks to Seakira while the coffee brewed, and picked up a cup. "So, if you wish to keep the two separate, you can. If that is the best option for you, do so. But that can also be dangerous." Although he doubted it would go to the extremes of Amon.

For a moment, he let silence (save for the ambient sounds) settle, before asking "Might I ask why you want to keep them separate?"

( Y'know, originally picked this URL because it was a mix of "phantom" and "ascian", and I think in the back of my head also the idea of it being similar to "fantastic"/ect. "Illusions" I think was one, too (phantasm iirc).

"Shadowless". If it actually means that, I kinda like the parallel with "TrickstersShadow". Since that was - iirc - meant to be talking specifically about Joker as Akira's Shadow (I originally wasn't writing Akira in Persona, so).

I had shared why I did so with TrickstersShadow before, which I've unfortunately since forgottten, but like... Kinda tempted to just keep the URL and expand (back) into P5!Akira again. )

( Y'know, something I hadn't actually thought about until now after "your vibes reminds me of my past life's creation" is: would he have been able to pick up Morgana being different/a creation, too?

Like, Akira never exactly gets to meet the real Igor in this funky crossover AU of mine. But I do wonder if to a point Morgana would also vaguely remind Fandankira of Meteion- )

Check-ups with the Metaverse weren't anything new to the young Ascian, even if he had since left the thieves. If it wasn't to check on the general state, it was so Fandaniel could have some peace and quietly research the world on his own.

So much for that, when he sensed someone nearby.

In a moment, he moved out of sight, only to appear behind the other and move to pin them down. Both the black cloak and red mask hiding his features from the..."intruder" (for lack of a better word atm), though perhaps it couldn't quite hide his puzzlement. "You're not one of the Thieves."

Another party that was interested in the Metaverse, then? That would've made...four, by his count. Fandaniel couldn't quite help being reminded of Meteion, either.

Still. He'd keep them in place, but otherwise wouldn't add more force than necessary to keep the other still. "Why are you here?"
