*Breakfast Taco I is counted as an official tournament to me because it would have been official had today’s regulations been in place. As a collective region, we had agreed to not submit the scores to the IQA after the tournament in order to keep us at #2 and A&M at #3 going into World Cup

Had today's regulations been in place, we would have needed certified head refs, registration of the event with USQ (at the time, the IQA) two weeks ahead of time, rosters submitted one week ahead of time, a certified TD, and onsite EMTs.  It'd've been EVEN EASIER to keep everything off the record!
