last work day before holidays, could not be happier. i've been so busy the last few weeks, just need to rest and have no worries for a while.

i will keep reading my currently book "the queen of nothing", just loving a good fairy fantasy vibe.

at today's class we finished studying the htp test and started tat's practice (on ourselves).

it is really curious how we have so many instruments and researches but still can't understand fully what is that thing being a human.

i actually have been enjoying so much studying about cognitives perspectives, especially the schema therapy. i think it's so nice that this thepary is scientific and and still gets envolved with some existencial questions we all have - and that really intrigues me.

and i had a delicious yakisoba for lunch ♡
