Lup and Barry are in THAT kinda old love where Lup will get a hideous haircut and Barry will tell her it indeed, looks that bad, but shes rockin it anyway so who cares. And Barry will accidentally catch something on fire and she'll pat him on the back and go "Aw babe you shouldn't have, I love fire" while hes frantically trying to put it out.
I know I’m late but Griffin really went “this character is trans and she had a rough childhood but these are unrelated ‘cause I don’t want transphobia in my fantasy world” and I respect him so much for that
picture this: while kravitz is in his skeletal state, magnus rips off one of his arms (for vindication and also poetic symbolism). kravitz stares at magnus for a solid ten seconds before taking his head off and throwing it at magnus.
All of this while they’re playing beach volleyball at Merle’s

weird idea im into:
taako, picking up his stone of farspeech and its like, a scam/tax collector/whatever and he just immediately starts talking like justin, like, full on normal j-man voice, “sorry, this is justin, you must have called the wrong number,” and hanging up.
meanwhile, kravitz is staring at him in complete bemusement. who the fuck was that. who the fuck’s voice was coming out of his boyfriend.
All fiction podcast fans share one brain cell and it’s the one that’s responsible for making us all think ‘huh I need to start listening to wtnv again someday’ every once in a while

I always forget that the starblaster crew have been in this plane for 10 years at the start of balance. Theyre 10 years older now. Sure Barrys been a lich and Taako Lup Merle and Dav live very long lives, 10 years probably wouldn't change them much.
But then Lucretia see's Magnus for the first time. Hes older now, in his 30s. Lines crinkle in the corners of his eyes when he smiles, new scars that wont fade away at the end of the year . Shes older too now, 30 years older than when he would of last seen her. They'd lived for over 130 years, but they'd never aged in the vast majority of them. Never physically changed.
Sometimes Lucretia wonders if, had Magnus remembered everything, he would of recognized her. She has a feeling he would have.
