A recent New York Times article, which explores Athens, Georgia's "hyperlocal entrepenuerial... renaissance," names the city "the birthplace of alternative rock" and "America's best college town." We agree!

The Society visits North Carolina to join the Dialectic and Philanthropic Socities Annual Ball.
We drove 5 hours, split up the gas money, and everything went smoothly except for someone getting lost at 2am. We found him though.
Besides that small incident, the visit to North Carolina was so much fun! The societies offered us a place to stay and they were very hospitable. The next day we went out to eat as siblings and explored campus as well as we could with water in our cups and sunglasses on our faces. We ate at a Mediterranean restaurant where we each individually paid for our meals. On the drive back some siblings stopped in small towns to explore the area.
Overall great trip and we can't wait to do it again next year
