Disney Branded Television Orders Third "Phineas And Ferb" Movie Ahead Of Season Five Finale.

What if Phineas And Ferb..... never met? Disney Branded Television has greenlit a third Phineas And Ferb movie for Disney Channel and Disney+.

The announcement was made today by Ayo Davis (Disney Branded Television and Disney Television Animation VP of Development and Current) ahead of the season finale set to premiere tomorrow on Disney Channel at 7:30PM EST with a next day premiere on Disney+.

In the new movie: “Dr. Doofenshmirtz’s latest time‑travel-inator backfires, erasing the moment Linda Flynn and Lawrence Fletcher met — meaning the boys and Candace never became family and every day is merely adequate. As reality unravels and the future hangs in the balance, Phineas, Ferb and the gang must restore the timeline before it’s too late.

The third Phineas And Ferb movie will be directed by Bob Bowen ("Phineas And Ferb", "Milo Murphy's Law", "Hamster & Gretel", Disney TVA Pilot "Weird Waters"), Moon Girl And Devil Dinosaur co-showrunners Kate Kondell and Jeffrey M. Howard will serve as screenwritters with creators Dan Povenmire and Jeff "Swampy" Marsh as executive producers trought Disney Television Animation.

The order for the new movie comes ahead of the sucessful launch of the revival as it garnered over 600M views worldwide across the second half of 2025.

The new Phineas And Ferb film becomes the sixth DCOM overall behind "Kim Possible The Movie: So The Drama", "The Proud Family Movie", "Phineas And Ferb The Movie: Across The Second Dimension", "Tangled Before Ever After" and "Big City Greens: The Movie: Spacecation". Additionaly "Phineas And Ferb" ain't the only new animated DCOM in the works as there's rumbings and early talks about "Kiff" also getting the potential movie treatment in the future.
