I know, right? I’ve been wanting a dog for so long and had always meant to adopt one, I was just too busy. And starting this new chapter in my life, I figured now was the right time. I mean, after my little sister snatched a whole baby from the ocean, why couldn’t I do the same for a dog?

That’s awesome, as a proud dog mom of three, I totally get it. I wish the idea of getting a baby form the ocean surprised me more than it does, but I tend to think that the Greeks take the cake on crazy kid stories. Anyway, I’m glad you’ve finally made the commitment to love a four legged furry friend forever, I’m sure you’ll love it.

The Dumbo Octopus, because they’re cute but deadly, like me; only kidding.

tangelo: if you could be any mythical creature, which would you be?

A nymph, for sure, probably a Celestial one; or maybe a Woodland one.

pomegranate: when do you feel the most confident?

When I’m on the back of one of my horses, in an etherial (preferably purple) dress, with my hair down (but pinned back off my face), and riding so fast even the Gods can’t catch me. (That’s probably an exaggeration, but they let me run free like it’s the truth.)

lemon: do you have any pets? what are their names?

My dogs are as follows; a Molossus of Epirus named Mykonos “Myko”, a Greek Shepherd named Gyro, and a Kokoni named Calliope “Calli”. My horses are as follows; a Messara named Indigo “Indi”, a Peneia Pony named Ambrosia, Pindos Pony named Kosmos, and a Skyros Pony named Lyra. I know, that’s a lot, but my horses are all on the endangered or critical but maintained lists and I can’t just let them die out. My dogs are my fluffy buddies, my cuddle up and sleep companions, and my main reason for going out at least three times a day when I’m not working or at school.

passionfruit: how would you describe your style?

Comfortable, but cute? I don’t try overly hard to look cute, just to feel that way, and so I don’t always follow popular fashion norms, but I like to try and fit in at least a little bit. I always have a soft sweater on or at the very least with me, and I’m usually wearing pants or jeans that are very formfitting, but soft and comfortable to move around in. I typically wear baggier tops, but I don’t shy away from crops or tight things when the mood strikes.

blackberry: is your life an action film, a comedy, a romantic comedy, or drama?

Dramedy? I am definitely not an action or romantic film, but comedy with a dash of drama? Is that not exactly what high school is all about?

Dreams, without question, and not just mine either, like in general. I mean who the actual F*** came up with such shenanigans? Or rather, who discovered them? How do our brains even come up with half of the things they do while we’re sleeping? Gods, I mean mom doesn’t even have an answer for me, and that blows my mind! How can the Goddess of sleep, not have a comprehensive answer about how dreams work? Someone help me out here, I mean it can’t just be me, right?

Purple! Or something in relation to sleep, like fuzzy socks and stuffed animals.

Oh that’s easy, Poppies are my favorite; purple ones for obvious reasons. “Poppies have long been used as a symbol of sleep, peace, and death: Sleep because the opium extracted from them is a sedative, and death because of the common blood-red color of the red poppy in particular. In Greek and Roman myths, poppies were used as offerings to the dead.”

I love the bottles for Purr by Katy Perry & Selena Gomez by Selena Gomez, but honestly I’m not a fan of wearing perfume, it always gives me a headache.
