Mark and Fiona wanted very candid photos of their special day.
Mark and Fiona were married on Saturday 15th July at St.Mary The Virgin church in Houghton. It was a small gathering attended by family and close friends. A reception followed at the Three Jolly Butchers in Wyton where they both work as chefs.

We contacted Nik to shoot the Prayer and Dedication of our marriage (i.e., wedding blessing/renewal of vows) in Peterhouse's seventeenth-century chapel, and the reception that followed. He took time with us before the event to discuss the type of photos we wanted and his candid shots and portraits were exactly what we were looking for. Candid Style
Candid styles of photography are increasingly becoming popular both in general day to day photography but also in formal photographic situations. I pride myself on my natural 'paparazzi / photojournalistic' approach during that special event combined with more formal posed shots. The results, when the candid shots are combined with the formal ones provide a wonderful blend of photos that tell a fuller story.
