Whats your opinion on the max Lando incidents seen so many opinions on both sides I need an unbiased opinion
Truth be told I was expecting it to happen at some point and it felt like something like this would happen sooner rather than later.
I wasn’t able to watch the race too intently as I was out with my friend, but I’ve seen the clips.
I think it’s hard racing for the most part but I am of the opinion that moving under braking is a big no-no, purely because it’s so dangerous with the closing speeds of an F1 car, and the likelihood of having a crash that goes airborne.
I just think that this race doesn’t make Verstappen look too good, it is very much reminiscent of 2021 (hence why I expected that we might see a repeat once things got more competitive). I think that moving under braking should be penalised properly to prevent these manoeuvres before there’s a more dangerous collision.
I think it’s okayish, to defend strongly, whether that involves pushing another driver off track but jerking across in front of another car is something that I very much draw the line.
I think the penalty was fair, I just think that moving under braking should have been investigated or penalised too.
I forgot to mention that Norris’ moves weren’t very well thought out and there were definitely moves that seemed quite desperate, especially with the track limits infringements.
I think this was a situation where hindsight really highlights how much better he would have been waiting a bit, especially as the McLaren is better on tyres, I think this is something that’ll come with time, knowing when to attack and where to hold back.
Norris lacked racing IQ, and Verstappen made some pretty dangerous moves. This collision was expected at some point, it’s a question of whether it’ll happen again.
it's so beethover / we're so bach
