Another oc I had in my sketchbook! (I dunno why but I subconsciously hate him for some reason or another even though he’s done  nothing wrong... yet.) 0w0 If for some strange reason you want to know a bit about this character, it’s under the cut. I also used a different style, is it noticeable?

This is Joker (such an original name...). He’s what I could refer to as a Dealer Demon, or a demon who’s prime focus is making deals. You can make a deal with him whether you’re living or dead. If you’re living, there seems to be no noticeable catch for the deal you made, and you can leave. If you’re dead, however, you would be forced to gamble with him (something that usually turns out for the worse). If you win this game, then you get whatever it is you asked for from him. Lose, and your eternal soul will belong to him. That’s all that I have to basically say, but if you want me to go into specifics, you can send me an ask. (It’s not like I’m busy on a daily basis)

I think it's perfectly fine to associate yourself as kin. It doesn't personally bother me because it's what someone else chose to do, and it shouldn't affect me to the point of not liking it. If it is your choice to associate as kin, that's wonderful for you! ^_^(Also, don't worry. I rarely find anything rude.)
