hi!! i was wondering if you knew some subtle ways to pup regress? i live with a lot of people and want to know some silent ways to pup regress, as im kinda new to petreg!

sure! here’s some ideas…

- having necklaces with things like dog tags instead of collars

- some people have music regression playlists filled with songs that make them feel more puppy, which you could make and play through headphones if needed

- getting a stuffie and making it your chew toy! you can also buy a lot of chew toys that look similar to stuffed animals anyways

- having food to imitate dog food like beef jerky, biscuits etc. (i like crunchy food the most but meat also makes me feel very puppy)

- going outside and going on walks, you can pick up sticks and roll in grass and stuff while you’re out!

- if you have a pet dog you can play with it! and imitate it’s body language and if you’re comfortable bark back at it hahaha

- you could keep a puppy regression journal and doodle puppy stuff or write about it or even scrapbook!

that’s all i can think of off the top of my head but hopefully it helps!! :)
