I wanna get a few things out. I'm very opinionated about the fact we women are so sexually objectified that we cannot express skin to skin contact with our offspring anymore without it being so offensive and so shameful. I don't see an adult complaining when they got one or two in their mouth. But it takes a baby to have it being so offensive, you try shutting down Mother Nature at its beautiful peek? A mother shouldn't ever feel ashamed for feeding her child. A mother should feel comfortable in feeding her child. When you see them in a porn being grabbed on, does that offend you? Hell no it doesn't! Again, does a baby have to be involved for it to be offensive? When a mother feels the connection between herself and her baby, it's the closest most sincere love any newborn can ever receive! I used to shower with my babies cradled in my arms, propped up on my boobs, shoulder, and during bath time, they laid on my tummy. Is that offensive? I breastfed on the city bus. I didn't give two flat hells what anyone had to say or think. My baby is hungry. Separating a mother and a newborn like that is the worse thing you can ever do! Ever! A man has nipples. He can remove his shirt. Is that offensive to see the mans nipples? No. Women have nipples. Why are ours so offensive and objectified sexually? Us women were MADE to nurture! Not to be put down for it!

Do not underestimate genetics’ role in determining teeth’s appearance, or how prone teeth are to problems. Genes and early development, i.e. things people get zero control over, can outweigh all else.

A wide range of chronic conditions impact oral health and teeth’s appearance, too, and may contraindicate various types of work or raise procedures’ cost even more.

Finally, for many people and many reasons, celebrity-looking teeth just aren’t a priority (even when they’re attainable; some people might want, y’know, a new car instead).

Regardless, don’t be an asshole. Not even very attractive teeth look good on those.

This goes for the UK as well, dentists aren’t covered on nhs so some people just can’t go.

I couldn’t find an NHS dentist anywhere (let’s not forget that they’re not cheap either for some procedures and a lot isn’t covered) where I live. Then one of them let me sign up online and book an appointment for an NHS dentist.

I turn up and she’s all “there’s been a mistake that appointment shouldnt’ve been available to book, she’s sick and it also shouldnt’ve let you book as NHS we have no space for any new NHS patients”

Literally was all ready to go bat shit when she’s like “sigh, I guess we will have to honour it and keep you as an nhs patient”

Boom thank you technology fuck up.

How the fuck in a country with free health care can they limit NHS spaces? Surely there should be room for EVERYONE. Dental care is super important for the health of the rest of your body, it’s closely linked with your heart for example. It should be fucking free. So should glasses and other things.
