you are right but I have a house to run and can’t physically carry her at all times because of my own physical issues and she is only entertained by the nebula for so long so she gets a little Bluey and a little educational TV that lets me get on with housework.

i’m arguably less normal than i was in my teens and 20s (◠‿◠✿)

if you dont mind me asking, whats it like being a parent and an age regressor at the same time?? i want nothing more than to be a mom someday, but sometimes i wonder what itll be like when im still just an overgrown kid myself.

as a kid larping in an adult body - it’s pretty neat. currently my kids are 11y and 6m. i get to enjoy with them (for example lil one gets a lil screen time of bluey and i love it!) with my 11yo we both dressed as mario and luigi for the release of the mario movie. when we went to see the stitch movies we both took stitch plushies. we plan on going to see the mandolorian movie and i’m going to take my doll emery (grogu). i think it’s important to still have joy and whimsy. I still parent and implement boundaries but my son knows that im just a big kid and wanna have fun. he follows the rules and like any soon to be teenager will challenge them at times and he knows when i say no it has to be followed. i genuinely thought id lose myself parenting but in actuality im reparenting myself and enjoying their childhood through them 🎀
