I don’t mind Charlie being surprised and upset about Vaggie being an angel/exorcist. In a way it humanizes her and forces Charlie to not only reevaluate and reflect her own stances about redemption. She mentions throughout majority of the show and in the pilot to other characters like Alastor, Adam, Angel dust, and Lucifer: that it is all about second chances but is blown away when someone extremely close to her heart fits her ideology.

My problem is the way Vivziepop and the writers resolved it. I totally get it, each episode is around 23 minutes instead of 50 minutes but honestly Heaven should’ve been its own season but that’s beside the point. Once Charlie and Vaggie are done with their side adventures and meet at the entrance gate, Vaggie was going to address the elephant in the room and apologize but Charlie cuts her off, giving her a souvenir from cannibal town. Then they hug. And that’s it, the closest thing Charlie acknowledges are Vaggie’s wings.

Charlie never apologizes for being a hypocrite or even admits she was a hypocrite for how she reacted to Vaggie. We don’t see Vaggie apologizing for keeping it a secret for a long time or how she personally felt/the emotional impact. We just move on to the next scene because we have a war to fight and the episode is literally about to end.

I... don't really see how Charlie was being a hypocrite. She was more mad that she lied to her than her being a Exorsist. Also while I do agree we should have more time with the apology, they've been together through three years. They've probably have singles that show to one another of situations. I wish I saw them but oh well. Hopefully s2 will further it

Also, it's really funny you had some need to put #vivziepop critique for some odd reason. It's feels sorta petty? Like, I've never seen other creators nor just a general reviewer just put #creator critique to other shows. Even people who don't like her nor the show do that lol

Ehhh idk. Boring sure, whatever. Disagree but that opinion is yours, but underdeveloped? Yeah hard disagree.

We've seen them be a couple through the series. It's more shown in a way that it's quite clear they've been together for a while and are very used to each others company. Their moments are small but they are clear, it isn't something that you blink you miss it. I think the issue is that we've never had a main lead already be in an established relationship before in a show. Especially with a same sex couple.

I don't recall any shows that have that. Usually they either are set up later on to the show or something. Idk, people are really discredit this relationship way more than it deserves. I do wish they show it more tho, but with the moments they do have are nice
