First of all his name is Zohran Mamdani. It was just a quick google of “new york mayor” for a name to copy-paste.

Second of all, he cannot run for president because he was not born here; nobody who was not born in the united states can run for president.

Third and most important of all, anarchy will hurt far more people than it might theoretically help. I’m feeling like a broken record at this point but I will say it again and again. We DO need a government in place or else people will die. And given revolutions to replace the government are historically bloody and needlessly destructive, it is better to improve the system we have than to destroy it in the hopes that maybe we can make something else, or worse yet, destroying it and not attempting to replace anything.

And just a side note. If your political choices are based entirely on how a candidate looks, then you should reconsider how you make political decisions. I don’t know if that’s directly the case but your specific emoji usage has given me that vibe.

I know how anarchy would affect the country. In a perfect or smaller world, anarchy would be a great thing. But we are overpopulated and no one is perfect. Anarchy without community is just chaos.

I think his political decisions and how he operates are incredible, and he is one of the best things to happen to new york. I am not from new york though, so I don't really get an opinion I think.
