I'm sure that you have been made aware of what a success my Spartans have been for the war, and while I do not care for the others that try to copy and replicate my success, I am very interested in yours.
I understand you've come into access of several experimental armors and enhancements for your "Project Freelancer", but I believe when it comes to the salvation of our species, we need every advantage available.
You'll soon find yourself in the care of one of my own who "washed out", he may not be Spartan capable, but I'm sure he'll be quite of service to you.
You will also find I underwent the daunting investment of acquiring you a single smart A.I, based on your very own personality Doctor.
