An attempt at a new style haha. I’ve been trying out the lasso tool since I’ve seen so many awesome artists use it to great effect. A LOT of practice needed, not sure if I’m using lasso right haha.

A little doodle that ended up becoming a play on hairstyles, simplified shapes and color!

The hairstyles were quickly drawn, just went by instinct, but it took unbelievably long exploring different shapes and color combinations before deciding on these! But it was also because it got really fun to explore that it took so much time haha. Kept simplifying and simplifying, it’s really fun! Will continue exploring using simplified shapes and lost lines.
