The Void doesn’t happen because you force yourself into it. It happens because you forget you were ever holding onto anything else. You slip because there’s nothing left gripping you.
I asked chat gbt to give me ways to enter both the void state or shift realities during the day. Shifting and inducing the void are not limited to when you’re sleepy. I struggle with only inducing the void during the time I go to sleep but with these possible methods I plan to induce the void or shift during the dayyy!!!
First, just so we’re aligned:
• Reality shifting usually refers to consciously moving your awareness into another reality (like a desired reality, alternate version of your life, or fictional world).
• The Void (in shifting/spiritual circles) is that infinite nothingness — a dark, silent, powerful space where you can manifest instantly, heal, or shift realities easily. It’s pure awareness, no body, no mind.
Doing it during the day is harder because you’re not sleepy/dreamy — but not impossible! You just have to tweak your techniques for waking mind energy.

Ways to Shift or Enter the Void During the Day

Micro-Meditation Drops
• Throughout your day, practice micro-drops into stillness.
• Example: Set a timer every hour. When it goes off, close your eyes, breathe deep, and “drop” your awareness backward into your mind — imagine falling backward into black velvet nothingness.
• Do it for 30–90 seconds at a time. Over the day, this conditions your mind to find the void state faster.
Think of it like “training wheels” for sudden immersion.

Saturation Method
• Focus obsessively on your desired reality or void state all day — but softly, like background music.
• Whisper affirmations like:
• “The Void is my natural home.”
• “I enter the Void instantly and effortlessly.”
• “I am already in the Void.”
• Every action you do (walking, eating, typing), imagine you’re already in your desired reality.
• This builds a saturation effect where you “tip” into the shift naturally.
You’re basically blurring the line between your normal day and the other reality.

Mirror Gazing / Daydream Gazing
• Sit in front of a mirror (or even a blank wall or window) during a sunny, sleepy part of the day.
• Stare at your reflection without blinking much, or past it.
• Relax your eyes and imagine your face isn’t “you” — it’s just a mask.
• Let your mind slip into daydreaming.
• Suddenly, you may feel a “slip” — like you’re detaching from this version of yourself.
It’s like triggering a soft disassociation which can lead to a Void portal or shift jump.

Breathwork + Eye-Roll Technique
• Do slow, deep breathwork:
• Inhale 4 counts
• Hold 7 counts
• Exhale 8 counts
• After a few minutes, gently roll your eyes upward (like looking at your third eye) while staying relaxed.
• This can force your brain into a theta/void-like state even during full daylight.
• You might feel lightheaded or “floaty” — that’s a good sign you’re nearing a void pocket.

• Instead of trying to get somewhere, pretend you already shifted this morning and today is just a “memory” of your original life.
• Every time you remember you’re “trying,” stop and say mentally:
• “I’m just remembering the old timeline. I’m already there.”
• It tricks your brain into syncing with the new reality field without brute force.
Shifting is all about convincing your subconscious — not pushing or forcing.

• Listen to brainwave entrainment tracks (Delta waves, Void-themed subliminals, deep solfeggio frequencies like 528hz or 963hz) while doing light tasks.

• Sometimes, you’ll naturally slip into a void state without expecting it.

• You get “pulled” backward or inward in your mind.

🍡 hair - clean, frizzy free, moisturized, shiny, no split ends. what suits your face? long straight dark hair, blondie with layers, curly red hair? try out different things. keep your under tone in mind.
🍡 hands - clean & polished nails, moisturized hands. your nails should not look chewed or ripped off. they should be a healthy length, shiny and your cuticles should always be tended to.
🍡 face - clear, dewy. (im not saying clear skin = perfect and beautiful). just make sure you have a solid skin care routine that fits your needs. balanced features.
🍡 jewelry - anything you like. again, keep your undertone in mind. what looks better on you? gold or silver?
🍡 lashes - do they suit your face? be honest. extra long lash ≠ perfect lash. let’s make sure we are enhancing our beauty and not hiding it
🍡 body - clean, moisturized, smelling yummy. i like when my skin is glowing and sparkly like honey and caramel. oils and glitters are my essential!
🍡 clothes - matching, wrinkle free, fresh scent, matching socks, suits your body & style. long or short skirts? layered tops or crop tops? trench coats or fur jackets? what’s your vibe?
🍡 shoes - no scuffs, dirt, rips. make sure they compliment your outfit and you can actually walk in them. you don’t have to suffer to look good. go shoe shopping!
🍡 accessories - adds on to every outfit
🍡 makeup - blended! UNDERTONESSSSSS! it helps SO much when picking out makeup!!! concealer&foundation, blush, eyeshadow and lip glosses&lip sticks!! trust me!!! and remember, enhance your beauty!
🍡 eyebrows - clean and groomed. what suits your face? clean cut? bushy brows? thin or thick?
🍡 scent - something for people to remember you by. make sure to pair your perfume with body mists and a body butter for a long lasting scent. don’t forget about your hair! spray hair perfume into your brush or comb for an extra whiff of yumminess!
🍡 feet - no dead skin, no nasty cuticles, moisturized, polished toe nails. i love toe rings and anklets on mine! the essential details for me really.

Add free classes to your calendar this month just in case you don’t have anything to do. Stay busy, stay focused. Work on things like resume building, budgeting, home improvement, styling, etiquette, speech. There are so many free classes. I love Alison! It’s totally free. I know coursera charges a small fee but they do provide minimal free classes. Amazon has free workshops every month. I mean…there’s also YouTube University and Google High (google literally has $39 dollars a month for over hundreds of classes with google certified certificates they gave you!) or look in your area for free classes to attend- Facebook is a huge tool! lol like add it to your calendar even if it’s an instagram live with your fave content creator. The more knowledge you obtain=the more inspired you will be=the more you will enhance your life!

something that I noticed over the years, when looking to enhance your natural beauty, there are 4 main points that build the first impression, hair, eyes, brows and lips..
I have naturally bushy brows that I used to manage with eyebrow gel, but it would start flaking during the day, which gave me the ickk. So, I began laminating them with a kid-friendly relaxer every two weeks (my eyebrows grow pretty fast, which is why I do it so often and i don't get them professionally done because i don't trust people with my brows lol).
I always tweeze my eyebrows instead of waxing them; they seem to grow back slower that way + it's easier to do, just grab a tweezer along with a pocket mirror and you can do it anywhere if you see a hair out of place. ( don't over do it though, i made this mistake and it went horribly, just keep them neat )
Get your lashes laminated !!! Natural lashes are so classy and I don't have to worry about putting on mascara or falsies. This I'd get done professionally though lmao, I would do this myself but I'm way to scared to be messing with anything chemically so close to my eyes, so it isn't necessarily a diy but still, get it done!
ALWAYS make sure your hair, eyes (lashes) and eyebrows are done! You don't have to have a silk press, falsies and freshly waxed brows 24/7 but make sure they're neat. These are the key features that attracts people's attention when youre speaking to them
I have tight 4b type hair, and I used to have to lay my edges with gel or edge control because of how fluffy they'd get when I wore my curls out, but it was super damaging from constantly pulling on them and having them laid down. So, I started relaxing my edges every 3-6 months. Now, all I use is a bit of hairspray to keep them tamed, and now it doesn't puff up even during workouts and it lasts my whole silk press. Yes, my curls are still thriving.
I do weekly deep conditioning, monthly hot oil treatments, routine trims, and always use a heat protectant and frizz control when doing silk presses to stretch them out and minimize heat application. ( my hair has grown so much, leave your hair alone and only feed it when it's hungry! )
you'll hear everyone talking about silk bonnets, but as someone who hates the feeling of having anything on their head or in their face, I always took it off unknowingly throughout the night and it defeated the purpose, so i got silk pillow cases instead, game changer! i don't wrap my hair as often anymore and i don't experience frizz anymore.
I apply a face mask every week depending on what my skin is lacking, whether it’s moisture or something else. It just keeps my face looking fresh and plump in between professional monthly facials.
I use a lip tint every third day. It makes makeup application easier, and it doesn’t wear off throughout the day so i don't have to re-apply lipstick continuously. It also gives my lips a bit more colour so now I just leave the house with a pretty gloss or plain lip balm.
I take zinc supplements religiously!
Vitamin C everyday, all day. Lemon wedge in my greentea for breakfast, orange for a lunchtime snack and a naartjie for a late night movie. My skin is glowinggg!
hair removal cream! this is so slept on, i no longer shave or wax, both of them have caused ingrowns for me and accentuate my strawberry legs. i use hair removal cream now and i don't think I'll ever go back! i use it probably every week or so depending on how much growth i have, it's so easy and mess free. apply it before you get in the shower and use an exfoliating glove to slide it off gently and continue with your normal wash routine. always apply tissue oil and moisturizer after! baby soft skin all day, everyday!
It's not much, but these small changes have completely transformed my overall look. i do them specifically for those actual no makeup days where i want to give my skin a break from makeup or where im working out but still want to look prettyyy and done up..it's like a wash and go except it's for your face lmao, anyways
