Anyways, when you complete two dates with Joseph, but then instead complete the romance route of another dad, he is on Amanda’s party and asks you, if you maybe can hang out again in the future.

Am I the only one, who gets sucker-punched with feels, when he gives you this small, uncertain smile of a clearly heartbroken man, then?

Like, he’s the only dad, who after two completed dates, will make it so obvious in the end, that he actually developed a huge crush on dadsona and it always breaks my heart a little! ;3;

Also I like how people are constantly demonizing joseph because he cheated once but the same people pay no attention to the fact that Robert Small neglected his wife and kid due to an addiction for years according to Val, and that due to it, she had so much fucking anger about it that one day she decided she was just fucking tired of being angry.

Do you know how angry someone has to be to just say “you know what? this is affecting my life way too much and I need to just…. stop being angry because this is so fucking tiring.”

but yeah, act like Joseph’s the only dad who did something wrong and hate the people who like him despite the fact that he cheated :/

Also why is no one side glancing at Robert for initiating the affair with Joseph? Like, yes, it’s more on Joseph for saying yes, but if the fandom is going to demonize the people who like Joseph for trying to date ‘the married guy’ then I’m surprised none of that went to Robert for doing the exact same thing.

And then there’s the whole (canon and easily accessible) route about Robert sexually manipulating the MC, dumping him at the end for developing feelings, blaming the entire relationship on the MC and turning MC into the abusive one and himself into the victim, and then telling MC that he only viewed MC as an object is a thing that exists but I’ve noticed that everyone seems to politely forget about it.

But yeah, Joseph cheated once and so literally he has been demonized down to where there are several hugely popular posts claiming that he’s also canonically abusive and sexually manipulating the MC when there is absolutely zero proof for any of it and, in fact, many canon parts of the game directly contradict it but y’know it’s fine

Dream Daddy Petition

Are you a Joseph Christiansen fan? Do you want to see him have a better ending than the one provided in game? Do you want Mary and Joseph to actually divorce, splitting away from their toxic marriage and ending on a happier note? Are you tired of the Dream Daddy devs essentially ignoring their entire fanbase?

If so, then this may be the petition for you.

My name is James, and I was prompted by my followers to write a formal petition in attempts to actually get Vernon and Leighton to listen to us. Whether you like Joseph and want him to have a good ending, or dislike him but still want him to get away from Mary, then signing this petition may just work.

It only needs a thousand signatures, but every one is important. I have never asked this before, but if you could share this post so that people can see it, then it would help leagues in not only having it get to its goal but also may help bring it to the Dream Daddy dev’s attention as well.
